Brunch it up
Just because you can’t wake up (* tear *) together doesn’t mean you can’t both enjoy drinking mimosas. We believe that cooking is one of the best video activities because you can do it while being relatively stationary and because you can do some dishes if things get uncomfortable and pretend not to care.
So, make a plan on what you’re going to prepare (it’s fun to try the same meal for both of you), take a trip to the grocery store (don’t forget to pick up a bottle of bubbles!), and start cooking, eating and sipping together virtually in the morning.
Don’t play games, play a game!
Nothing, like a good old-fashioned game night, takes the edge off dating. Games are useful because they build a common focus, so you don’t have to rack your brain for conversation (this is what dates for everyone else are like, right??).
